Terrible business model! I made a reservation for a unit on August 14 for a unit I would not be using until 9/2, almost 3 weeks later. My moving plans changed, so I would not be needing the unit. I called on August 18 and cancelled the reservation. I did not see a credit on my credit card, so I called Prime Storage and was told that I would not get any refund as I only had 24 hours after the reservation was made to get the refund, company policy. I was not informed of that when I made the reservation. I insisted that I never used the unit and could not get access to the gate code and unit until 9/2. I asked to speak to a manager, but none were available. A word to the wise: DO NOT USE PRIME STORAGE until you are absolutely certain of your plans. This is a terrible way to conduct business!!
